Hope Schreiber is honored to serve as Assistant Principal of Sto-Rox Junior-Senior High School, bringing eight years of experience in education and a deep commitment to creating a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment. She began her career teaching middle school math—one year in West Columbia, South Carolina, and four years in the Pittsburgh Public Schools. Ms. Schreiber originally joined the Sto-Rox community as the high school girls’ basketball coach and is proud to return in a leadership role.

She views the school as a team, where every student, teacher, and staff member has a role to play, and every role matters. Her mission is to coach, support, and empower the school community by building a culture of respect, resilience, and collaboration. Much like in sports, she believes success comes from preparation, communication, perseverance, accountability, and a shared commitment to growth.

Ms. Schreiber strives to create a school culture where every student feels like a starter—valued, capable, and supported to succeed academically and personally. Whether helping students overcome challenges, setting high expectations, or celebrating daily wins, she leads with consistency, care, and purpose. Her leadership is grounded in equity and engagement, and she is passionate about helping all students see and reach their potential.

Outside of school, Ms. Schreiber plays on the offensive line for the Pittsburgh Passion Women’s Professional Tackle Football Team. She is a proud dog mom to her chi-weenie, Cooper, and a devoted parent to her daughter, Zoey Grace. A lifelong sports fan and traveler, she hopes to one day visit every NFL, NHL, and MLB stadium in the country. She is excited to partner with the Sto-Rox community to foster a championship culture where every student believes they belong, can grow, and can succeed.
